Terms & conditions of booking and service.

All deposits are non-refundable. A reschedule credits may be granted, subject to availability, if the client provides at least 7 days notice.

If the booking client is making a group booking on behalf of themselves and/or other individuals they hereby consent to these terms and conditions for all members. It is the responsibility of the booking client to make other party members aware of these booking terms and conditions.

Should the number of quoted clients decreases (i.e. less clients than originally quoted require makeup on the day) the full original amount will still need to be paid as per the invoice.

Furthermore, if a person in your group booking presents a contraindication on the day of service and/or violates these terms and conditions, the full amount will still be owed on the day as time has been allocated and held for them.

If a client does not show up to their appointment without prior communication they will be required to pay the full amount owing and may be blacklisted from Jaime Jame's client base.

Hygiene Policy

Jaime James Makeup Artistry has a zero tolerance for poor hygiene or risk of contamination from contraindications.

If a client arrives to their appointment with a contraindication, for example COLD SORES, conjunctivitis, pink eye, cold and flu symptoms ect, the service will automatically be cancelled prior to commencement and the deposit will be forfeit. I will turn you away and NOT complete your service if you come with a contraindication. You are required to cancel your appointment should you experience a contraindication. If unsure – please email jaimejamesmua@gmail.com . I may offer you a reschedule appointment credit if you give the required 24 hour notice.

Jaime James has every right to refuse service if she feels the client poses a health and hygiene risk to herself, her kit or other clients.

By paying the non-refundable deposit you hereby agree to having read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
